Acceptance of Terms

User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using the jlff platform, you agree to act in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose.
- Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt any part of the platform or its games.
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without express written permission.
- Registering accounts on behalf of third parties without their knowledge and consent.
- Engaging in collusion or any form of cheating in multiplayer game environments.
- Posting or transmitting any content that is harmful, offensive, or in violation of applicable law through any communication feature of the platform.
jlff reserves the right to monitor platform activity to detect violations of these rules. Any user found in breach may have their account suspended or permanently closed at jlff's sole discretion.
Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All financial transactions on the jlff platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). This includes deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals. No currency conversion is applied on the platform side—users transact entirely in PHP.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method they use is valid, belongs to them, and is authorised for use on gaming platforms. The use of third-party payment accounts not registered in the user's own name is prohibited.
jlff does not guarantee the processing time of deposits or withdrawals, as these may be subject to third-party payment provider timelines. All transaction requests are subject to verification and jlff's internal review procedures. jlff reserves the right to delay or decline any transaction suspected of fraud or policy violation.
It is important to note that gaming results are not guaranteed. jlff does not promise returns, winnings, or profits of any kind. Deposits are made at the user's own discretion and risk.
Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
jlff provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jlff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of funds resulting from gaming outcomes, technical failures, connectivity issues, or unauthorised account access due to user negligence.
All content on the jlff platform—including logos, game interfaces, page layouts, text, and graphics—is the intellectual property of jlff or its licensed content providers. Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written consent.
The jlff platform may contain links to third-party resources for informational purposes. jlff does not endorse or accept responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is done at the user's own risk.
Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
jlff reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time if a user is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
Users may also choose to close their own accounts at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with jlff's standard procedures, subject to verification requirements.
jlff reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Philippines.
